Mary, I think this video clip was really interesting. I can't say that I like it though. I am much more open to using internet and technology in the classroom than I was at the beginning of the semester, but I think this video was a little extreme. They want us to use cellphones and ipods in the classroom, but to do what they suggest would mean that all students would have to have these technologies and they would all have to have the same version of them. For example, there are so many different levels of ipods and not all students can have the same one. I think it is very unrealistic at this point to think that these technologies could be used in the classroom. How did you feel after watching this clip?
This video clip was very interesting like lilio said I don’t know if I really like it. They did seem to be really open on what technology should be used in the classroom. Cell phones seem a little off too me but in that case you are not going to have every child with a cell phone on hand to be able to do an activity. With that there are too many different types of cellphones that they might not all get texting or ect.
